Looking forward to tonight's chat. We grow lots of herbs, but that's about all we do with them --grow them. Will be nice to learn some alternative uses for them. see you in #gardenchat... Tom, aka @SolakNC

I haven't been on twitter in so long. I can't figure out how this gardenchat thing works. I'm getting deja vu of trying to do something similar sometime back when...

Can anyone tell me where to go?

Hey y'all! Thank you so much for joining us. So sorry about Twitterverse collapse in the sense that we couldn't REALLY chat it up about all things herbal and weedy. Please feel free to post your questions here. There are so many wonderful herbalists here on Poppy Swap that we KNOW we can support ya!

Not sure where to post this, so putting it in both the gardenchat discussions.

Maybe next time we could do a #herbChat? I've been on GardenChat before (for gardening of course!) and it really zooms along at a blinding speed because so many people are now familar with it. What if we made our own, #herbChat? Not sure what all it takes to get it hosted by someone, but I could ask my friend Helen Yoest from Gardening With Confidence since she seems to be one of regulars on gardenchat.


Sorry I missed last night, just got back from the Colorado Lavender Festival in Palisade/Grand Junction - it was fantastic, especially for it being the first year and all.

GardenChat is a weekly event, but the subject and host are different each week. I think it's normally 9:00 p.m. ET but not sure.

For some reason, I'm not getting emails to notify me of responses, even when I tick the subscribe box.

I checked in the gardenchat on 08/01, albeit late, but it seemed really promotional this past Monday.  No one greeted me.  lol  I'll check back next week.

it's a wild scene on #gc. so fast moving and only an hour. it's like speed dating......don't worry EdenSong, someone will dance with you ;)

Perhaps Kathy's recommendation of starting an #herbchat is in order! We could just start once a month...
