We discussed the same idea of buy 3 get 1 free in an earlier <a href="http://community.poppyswap.com/forum/topic/creating-coupons-for-your-store">forum topic</a> on coupons. This was about 9 months ago, but I think it is still relevant to the way poppy swap coupons are set up. Kristie replied then, "Currently we are only set up to do free shipping or offering a discount which is applied to the entire shopping cart." When you read my replies on that thread, you will see how I worked with it last spring. Another thing you might consider, Maya, is making up a new listing for say 4 soaps of your choice for the price of 3, which is essentially the same as far as your customer is concerned. You can let them choose which soaps by asking them to specify their preferences in a note with the order. Or you might specify which soaps you will include? For example, I list a custom set of 3 seed cards for a discounted price, asking the buyer to choose which seed packets they would like in the cards. This week I made up a discount code "freeshipping" for December and changed my banner to carry this message. This banner message is the only way I know to ensure that all potential buyers see the offer.
