Trust Mom!

Hello! I’m Jen and I’m passionate about Chai.  This is my unique and authentic warming Masala Chai. I have become keen on calling North Star Chai.

“It’s Frikkin Star Power Man!!”
That has been our tag-line ever since our first customer went to the moon over our chai. Wonderful any time of year, but simply perfect in Autumn and Winter, this chai will rock your socks off and having you coming back for more.

This is not your boxed chai from the latte stand.
I hand grind and blend the complex combination of spices that make North Star Chai, including Organic Cinnamon, Cloves, Star Anise, Cardamon and Black Pepper. It’s great for cooking and baking or infused in rum, mead, ciders! Poured over ice or warmed in a latte, the warmth and comfort of this blend is simply divine.

Imagine the delicious scent filling your mailbox when you package arrives.

Your tea will be shipped in a delicately handmade gift box that includes a muslin reusable brew bag and fail-proof brewing instructions.  Its seasonally perfect and all ready holiday giving. The herbal blend is high in natural anti-oxidants and soothing to the digestion. Treat yourself to wellness in a cup.
